Structure

The waterproof edge of the shell structure design meets the IP55 protection level

The protective glass in front of the screen of the whole machine is made of 5mm ultra-clear tempered glass, with a light transmittance ≥ 98%, high light transmittance.

The whole machine adopts front and rear double doors, which can facilitate the maintenance of the internal display screen, glass, heat dissipation components and electronic parts.

The whole machine adopts modular design, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

Display

High-brightness display with a brightness of 2000nits and a design life of 50000h.

The high-brightness display meets clear visibility under sunlight, and the viewing angle is 178°.

The display is equipped with an automatic photosensitive system, which can change the brightness of the display according to the ambient light.

Intelligent temperature control system

Default air-cooled intelligent cooling, heating and exhaust air temperature control system, adopts intelligent direct ventilation cooling system, professional and special air duct cooling design. There is a temperature sensor inside the machine, which will detect the temperature of the air inside the machine and display the temperature on the control board.

When the detected temperature is lower than 30℃, the fan will not start;

When the temperature is between 30°C and 55°C, the fan will automatically adjust the fan speed according to the temperature change, the higher the temperature, the faster the fan will turn. At this time, the fan sucks in the cold air from the outside through the lower air hole, takes away the hot air inside the machine through the air duct, and then discharges the hot air through the upper air hole, thus forming air circulation and adjusting the internal temperature;

When the temperature exceeds 55°C, the screen backlight 

Protection design

Outdoor waterproof grade reaches IP55 or IP65.

The use of three-composite sealing strip has good elasticity and resistance to compression deformation, aging resistance, ozone, chemical action, and multi-angle waterproof.

The shell adopts galvanized steel design and special outdoor powder surface treatment + tempered glass, explosion-proof, anti-collision, moisture-proof, anti-rust and oxidation.

The air inlet and outlet are designed with a special dust-proof filter to filter the dust in the air and prevent mosquitoes from entering the machine.

Industrial-grade waterproof multiple anti-theft locks, using the inner lock design to prevent the removal of screws from the outside to move the machine and equipment, and play an anti-theft role.

Built-in lightning protector and air switch. It can effectively reduce the potential difference between the interfaces of the equipment, thereby protecting the equipment on the circuit. The air switch can prevent leakage accidents.

Cloud Smart Advertising Publishing System (CMS)

The system adopts B/S architecture, without installing the client, you can open the IE browser on any computer to log in to the control background, perform any cloud management on all terminals, create advertising programs, save and publish them, and monitor them in real time.

Smart split screen system

Support multiple split screen methods. When creating an ad, you can freely stretch and drag the display area and size. Can edit video, picture, subtitle, RSS text, mix broadcast, time, weather, logo, web page, SWF, AV synchronous playback, etc.;

The system has a digital calendar clock, weather forecast and program template library, supports self-designed templates, and provides a template preview function.

User Management Permissions

Different permissions can be set for each user, and management terminals can be assigned to users so that they have management permissions for this terminal.

Terminal grouping

Different publishing groups can be customized according to the geographical location or business type of the publishing point in the actual application. Instructions can be issued directly to the group when managing or distributing programs, making user management easier and more efficient in the case of a large number of display terminals.

Program review

The program review function is used in multi-level user rights. The upper-level user reviews the program produced by the lower-level user. As long as the program produced by the lower-level user has not been reviewed by the upper-level user, the lower-level user cannot publish this program to the terminal.

Stand-alone play

Support to import the produced program directly to the memory card for playback when the network is abnormal, just put the exported program into a mobile storage such as a USB flash drive, insert the USB flash drive into the player, and the player will automatically copy from the USB flash drive The programs that need to be imported can be played after the import is completed.

Extensions

It can support the expansion of camera (video call, face recognition), microphone, touch screen, printer, QR code scanning, motion sensor, light box, virtual display, card reader, one-key alarm, voice control module and other functions.
